Deposit + Cancellation
A 50% deposit is required to when making a booking within 24 hours to secure the booking. Should you make a booking online your credit card details will be requested and the 50% deposit will be deducted immediately to confirm your booking. Should your credit card be rejected you will receive an email with our banking details to do a EFT within 24 hours to confirm the booking. Should you fail to pay the deposit within the required time period your reservation will automatically be cancelled and the unit will become available for other guests to book.
A refundable breakage deposit is required upon arrival which will be refunded a week after departure should all be in order with the unit you stayed in. The breakage deposit is refunded via EFT or if you have a foreign account the payment will be reversed to your credit card less the administration fee.

Cancellation before 14 days of arrival is fully refundable, but should you cancel within 14 days of arrival you will be held liable for 50% of the total stay. The same applies to a drop in numbers.
Check in + Farm etiquette
+ Check-in 14:00 to 18:00. Late check-in on request only.
+ Check-out 10:00, late check-out will result in a charge of R200 per hour or part of thereafter.
+ We do not offer any meals, cottages are fully equipped for self-catering.
+ Housekeepers service the cottages every morning.
+ If you use any crockery or cutlery at the pool braai area, please return it to your unit when you're done.
+ No pets allowed.
+ Only white shoes are allowed on the squash court.
+ No noise before 09:00 or after 22:00.
+ Make sure children are supervised at the pool area.
+ We take no responsibility for any injuries or harm that may occur during your stay with us.
+ No smoking is allowed in the units.
+ No fires are allowed anywhere outside the gate.
+ No littering is permitted.
+ Picking flora is not permitted on the premises or farm.
+ Please do not disturb or harm any animals or birds found on the premises or farm.
+ Gates are to be kept closed at all times.
